Further Education

Further Education is a growing, diverse and complex sector of education. Every year around 4.75 million people of all ages study in English colleges towards qualifications ranging from Entry Level Certificates to Foundation Degrees. The Church of England's engagement with the sector is reflected in its support both for chaplains in colleges and the development of FE strategy and policy.
